Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning originally opened its doors in 1978. It was acquired by the current owners in October 2010. With over 40 years of experience, Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning of East Tennessee Inc. is an air conditioning and heating contractor providing residential and commercial services in the Tri-Cities, TN area. We provide sales and services to almost all major brands, along with reliable 24/7 emergency service at affordable rates.

 

With the best trained service techs in the area, Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning has 130 years of combined experience. We are Carrier FAD Dealers, HVAC and NATE certified, TVA Contractors. Our clients consist of hospitals, doctor offices, schools, car dealers, churches retail, new constructions, and all residential with referrals available upon request.

Been with heat pump people on Sullivan Street since 2006 and they were bought out I guess so if service and staff are as good as former owner of my head pump place it will continue mine and my brothers first choice. The older company could not be beat as i'd ask for certain tech all the time so hope it continues to the same quality.

Lafayette team did a great job start to finish. From the quoting process, during the installation, and through startup of the new unit. Professional, high quality, and very reasonable to work with.
