I really appreciate how professional, prompt and hard working everyone is here. I really like the people and the service they provide. I have an old house, with a cranky and increasingly geriatric HVAC system, and Lafayette has always founds solutions for my problems at a very reasonable rate. We lost heat during this last bit of really cold weather and Lafayette came out as soon as they could, fixed my system and cleaned it up really well. I would genuinely recommend them to everyone.
Our HVAC unit quit working and about an hour later their technician was at our house. He was very helpful, answering all my questions and even gave me some tips on preventing future problems. We had a wonderful experience today with an employee with this company. Our air conditioning was out and we had called at least 10 companies. He came and fixed our air and was super friendly and respectful. We had just moved here from 300 miles away. I highly suggest this company to anyone who is unsure of who to use!
Called them on Tuesday, they came out Wednesday and found problem. Ordered parts and was back on Thursday and fixed. Great job, speedy service and would recommend to anyone!!
